AAIPharma Names Analytical Labs EVP

Dean Shirazi, Ph.D. has been promoted to executive vice president of analytical laboratories at AAIPharma Services Corp. Dr. Shirazi has been with the company for 20 years and has helped to excel analytical chemistry and product development, most recently as vice president of analytical development. In his new role, he will have responsibilities for the Wilmington and Durham analytical laboratories.
 
Dr. Shirazi is a recognized expert in multiple types of liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, having authored more than 50 publications in scientific journals and a reference book in chromatography.
